By using the Vaar Cleaning Services website and requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Vaar Cleaning Services provides professional home cleaning and maintenance services, including:
All our services are provided under the terms outlined in the proposal agreed upon with the customer.
The quotes provided are estimates and may be subject to change if the scope of work differs from what was specified. Prices include:
Any additional materials or work not specified in the proposal will be billed separately.
A 50% deposit of the total quote is required to confirm the service. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work. We accept the following payment methods:
If the work is not completed as agreed due to reasons attributable to the client, the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date will be fully refunded. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. If Vaar Cleaning Services needs to cancel, a new date will be scheduled or a full refund will be issued.
The customer is responsible for:
Vaar Cleaning Services is not liable for damage to structures, plants, decorations, or property resulting from unreported pre-existing conditions, customer negligence, or events beyond our control. Our services are not covered by a warranty against structural damage. We guarantee only the cleaning work performed in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications.
We guarantee the quality of our cleaning work. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of the service, we will provide free touch-ups. To request a guarantee, you must contact us within this timeframe and provide photos of the affected area.
Vaar Cleaning Services is insured under a general liability policy that covers accidental damage up to the amount specified in the policy. The customer is responsible for any damage that exceeds the coverage limits of our policy.
Our employees are professionals trained in confidentiality. Information seen or learned during the course of our services will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except when required by law.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our services are provided. Any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with local law.
